For more than a decade, Gary has been our go-to provider, gracing our menus with a bounty of heritage tomatoes. Nestled on the outskirts of Pulborough lies his prized farm, renowned for its soil teeming with nutrients. Here, the ripest, juiciest, and most pristine tomatoes in all of the UK flourish, basking in the richness of the land. What sets this farm apart is its unwavering commitment to organic practices; it stands as a beacon of purity, free from any trace of chemicals or pesticides.

Introducing our intrepid explorer, Martin Denny, whose foraging escapades span the picturesque landscapes of North Norfolk. With exclusive rights granted, Martin navigates the prestigious King’s Sandringham estate, the wellspring of our finest offering this season. Along the coastal stretch between Thornham and Brancaster, he plucks the choicest seaherbs, a testament to his meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering dedication to sustainable foraging.
