We’re thrilled to be a part of the wonderful East Sheen community, and honestly, it feels like home every time we welcome a new face (or wagging tail!). From cask ales to craft beers, tasty wines to cocktails with a kick, we’ve got your drinks covered. And if you’re into events, we love bringing everyone together—because what’s better than good times and great company?
Our story? Oh, it’s a good one. Once upon a time (okay, back in 1776), we were a coaching inn, perfectly perched near the beauty of Richmond park and the river Thames. Since then, we’ve been East Sheen’s go-to spot for families, friends, and yes—your furry pals too.
Come as our guests, leave as our friends and you can bring the dog too.

Our chef team has crafted a hearty British menu that celebrate the season’s finest. With a choice of our Main Menu, Sunday Menu, Summer Set Menu and our Garden Kitchen Menu, there is plenty of choice for everyone. Our menu is a true reflection of the seasons, offering fresh Day Boat fish from Brixham Harbour, British hearty pub classics and delicious sharers, perfect for garden get-togethers.
Watch The Women's Rugby World Cup
We are rugby crazy (if you didn’t know already), which means we are absolutely buzzing for 5 weeks of Women’s rugby in our pub! We will be showing all of the England games across our screens (inside and out), however, if you would like to watch another game, give the pub a call and we will see what we can do.

Just a short train from Waterloo station, there are many reasons why our pub garden is worth the visit! Whether it be for the buzzing atmosphere the locals of East sheen, Richmond and Barnes bring, our garden kitchen which serves us the freshest, seasonal and British dishes, our outdoor bar which ensures you stay hydrated (and merry) on those warm summer days, and let’s not forget about all of the incredible events Lisa throws in the garden.

Savour Summer With Our Seasonal Set Menu
Celebrate the flavours of the season with our special summer set menu, two courses for £18 or three for £22. Created with fresh British seasonal ingredients, every dish is a showcase of local produce at its peak. Running from the 1st of July to the 31st of August, daytime Monday-Friday.
Enjoy your meal al fresco in our blooming garden, the perfect setting for long, lazy lunches. Our summer spritz menu, with zesty and floral flavours, pairs perfectly with every plate. Sip, savour, and soak in the sunshine.

Whether you believe it or not, we have been thinking about Christmas for months already! We have already put together our delicious Christmas menus, planned our festive events, and bookings are flying in. We have been doing Christmas longer than Santa, so why not spend the festive period with us? In your favourite local!

Whether you are traveling down for a catch up with old friends, or looking to enjoy your night out without the worry of traveling home, we want you to have a cosy place to rest your head. To take the hassle out of finding somewhere, we would recommend enquiring at The Orange Tree, or The Coach and Horses Kew, which both have lovely rooms and lovely breakfasts (in case you have a sore head the day after).
